Shipping & Refund Policy

SHIPPING

We offer FREE ground shipping on all U.S. orders of $150 or more. Shipping times will vary based on availability. If you have a deadline you need your item by, please call us at (305) 697-6972, and we’ll be happy to help out!

Please note that FedEx, UPS, and USPS no longer guarantee delivery times on expedited shipping, and expedited shipping charges cannot be refunded in the case of FedEx, UPS, and USPS shipment delays.

International shipping is available to most countries. Please note that international buyers are responsible for all customs fees.


RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

You can return most items sold by jmensclothing.com within 30 days of delivery (for holiday orders placed between November 15 and December 20, returns can be made by January 20). Just contact us by phone (305-697-6972) or email us for a Return Authorization number.

Then, download and complete our Return & Exchange Form. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags still attached. Please include instructions on whether you'd like a refund or exchange. We must receive your item back within 30 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow 7 days from when we receive your package to process the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Your refund will be the full purchase price of the item, with a few exceptions (see below). If you’d like to make an exchange instead, we’re happy to assist! You will be charged for shipping on exchange shipments, unless an error has been made on our part. Please email us or call (305) 697-6972 with any questions.

Please ship all returns directly to J. Men’s Clothing unless emailed specific instructions otherwise, even if your item was shipped from the manufacturer. Returns not shipped to the address below will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (or for store credit for the return of sale items) within 7 days.

RETURN/EXCHANGE OF HEMMED PANTS

Returns and exchanges of hemmed pants will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

RETURN OF SALE ITEMS

All sale merchandise, and merchandise purchased with a discount code can be returned for store credit.

RETURN OF DION NECKTIES AND L.E.N. CUSTOM BELTS

As Dion neckties and L.E.N. belts are all customized to order, these items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, or may have their full value issued as store credit.

RETURN OF SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

Items noted as Special Order will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, or have their full value issued as store credit.

RETURN OF UNDERWEAR & GROOMING PRODUCTS

Due to their personal nature, we cannot accept returns of undergarment or grooming items.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again. Then contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us.
